Julie + Ryan : A classic Knickerbocker Wedding
There is something so quintessentially Chicago about a classic hotel ballroom wedding. Here in this beautiful city we have some of the most spectacularly gilded ballrooms in some of the country’s most historic properties and the Knockerbocker definitely has all of the above!
Julie and Ryan were married this summer at the 4th Presbytyrian Church on Michigan Avenue which is one of the most picturesque spots in the city, offering a timeless garden right in the middle of the hustle and bustle of the magnificent mile.
These two have some amazing chemistry, and post ceremony we were able to go around the city and capture some truly beautiful moments. Some of my favorite were are Olive Park, the city looks spectacular from out there and the lake was beautiful that day!
The reception was as classic as it gets with black and gold decor and candlelight everywhere! It was romantic and beautiful from start to finish and they were such a pleasure to work with.
